- 0.5 oz. Fresh Lime Juice

- 0.25 oz. Ginger Syrup (optional, Suggest Liquid Alchemist

- 3 oz. Tonic (Suggest Fever Tree)

- Upside Down Lime Wedge + Cinnamon Dusting (Garnish)

- Ice

Spike (optional):

- 0.75 oz. Premium Gin

Combine all ingredients into a tin shaker. Add ice, shake vigorously, and strain into a collins glass. Add crushed or pebble ice.

Garnish with cinnamon-dusted lime.
