This slow method unlocks full flavor and bioactive potency. Select blends are then barrel-aged in casks from renowned distilleries, delivering rich complexity and a hint of Highland spirit in every sip.

We age blends in reused bourbon, whiskey, cognac, and port casks — giving each barrel a second (or third) life before converting it into compost or clean biofuel.
