- 1.5 oz. Plaid Circus Vespa Rossa

- 2 Full Strawberries 

- 2 Orange Slices

- 0.25 oz. Simple Syrup

- 3 oz. Club Soda (Suggest Fever Tree) 

- Garnish Half-moon Orange Slice + Strawberry Slice

- Serve in Wine Glass 

SPIKE

- Add 2 oz. Prosecco or Dry Rose 

Combine all ingredients, except club soda, into a tin shaker and muddle fruit. Add ice, shake vigorously and fine strain into a wine glass. Add fresh ice, top with club soda and garnish.  

Vespa Rossa & Soda Variation:
Ingredients:

- 1.5 oz. Plaid Circus Vespa Rossa

- 3 oz. Club Soda (Suggest Fever Tree)

- Orange Wedge (Garnish)

- Ice

Instructions:

Combine ingredients directly into an ice-filled rocks glass, finishing with soda. Garnish with Orange wedge.
